O crime foi de estupro com emprego de viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica e grave amea\u00e7a contra a mulher e dever\u00e1 ser cumprido em regime inicial fechado. \u00c9 a terceira condena\u00e7\u00e3o do empres\u00e1rio por viol\u00eancia sexual e a quarta por agress\u00e3o a mulheres. Recentemente, o empres\u00e1rio foi condenado a 8 anos e 6 meses pelo estupro de uma mulher em Porto Feliz. Brennand est\u00e1 preso desde abril de 2023, quando foi detido nos Emirados \u00c1rabes depois de ficar foragido por 6 meses. Ele foi extraditado e preso pela pol\u00edcia brasileira.
